I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were bright with a balcony and had a sea view, and the bed was super comfy. Although the rooms were a bit out of date, they were still spacious and clean with plenty of closet space. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff around, including the 'super Mario' manager at the restaurant. The location was excellent, right by the beach, and just a short walk to San Circeo, filled with charming people and lovely restaurants. The dining experience was amazing, although there were some flies in the restaurant during breakfast. Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxing time with a private sandy beach and seawater swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright, had a good size balcony, and offered a great view of the sea and harbor. The air conditioning units were a bit noisy, but overall, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, although one waiter at the breakfast restaurant seemed a bit unhappy. The location was excellent, with a beach just across the road and the charming San Circeo a short walk away. The dining experience was delightful with delicious food and a variety of options.
